Inspired Movement

I draw inspiration from my life experiences and the love I share among family, friends, and my passions. I am passionate about helping others, creating meaningful art through movement, and teaching dance in my community. My enthusiasm for these matters is the reason I graduated with a B.A. in Dance Performance, a B.A. in Psychology, and a minor in Dance/Movement Therapy from Georgian Court University.

I believe dance can heal, bring the community together, and start conversations worth having. I am currently an M.A. candidate at Rider University, pursuing a degree and licensing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, in addition to earning my national credential in Dance/Movement Therapy. I hope to use this education to help others harness the body’s power to heal through movement and conduct research for the advancement of the field.

I am continuing to perform and create dance work while pursuing my graduate education. I currently dance for Borne Dance Company NYC and serve as it’s Executive Director.
